Form
Correction
Our Form Correction program is designed to help swimmers refine their technique, improve efficiency, and swim smarter — not just harder. Many swimmers hit a plateau because of small technical flaws that hold them back. This program focuses on breaking down those details, giving swimmers the tools to fix bad habits and build strong, efficient strokes that carry through training and competition.
These sessions are ideal for swimmers who already have a base level of swimming ability but want to unlock the next stage of their progress.

Who It’s For
Form Correction is perfect for swimmers who:
Have the basics but need to fine-tune their technique
Struggle with specific stroke components, such as timing, breathing, or streamlines
Are aiming to move into squad or prepare for school carnivals and competitions
Want to swim with greater efficiency and less fatigue
This program is especially valuable for swimmers who feel “stuck” — working hard in the water but not seeing improvement. By focusing on the why behind each movement, swimmers learn to understand their stroke and correct errors that make a big difference in both speed and endurance.

What We Work On
Coaches deliver hands-on corrections and direct feedback throughout each session, focusing on the areas that make the most impact:
Stroke correction across freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly
Breathing technique and rhythm
Body position and alignment in the water
Improving kick timing and propulsion
Starts, turns, and finishes (for competition preparation)
Our coaches break skills down into simple steps, explaining and demonstrating proper form so swimmers can feel the difference immediately.
Whether it’s fixing a dropped elbow, improving streamline position, or correcting timing on a kick, each adjustment helps swimmers unlock smoother, faster, and moresustainable technique.

What Swimmers Get Out of It
A clearer understanding of correct technique
Smoother, more efficient swimming
Better coordination, rhythm, and body control
A stronger technical foundation to take their swimming to the next level
Swimmers leave these sessions not only with better strokes, but also with the confidence that they are training the right way. This creates a ripple effect across all areas of their swimming — from everyday squad training to racing under pressure.
